To be considered for this role, YOU MUST be a Food and Beverage Director with experience in a luxury 5-star hotel. The client is specifically seeking candidates with this background to take on an incredible opportunity to lead their brand across the UK. They are looking for someone with proven experience in the operational side of the business, particularly in BOH/Chef operations.

In this role, you’ll oversee all BOH/chef-related operations, focusing on quality, standards, GP, and margins. You'll also play a key role in launching new sites across the country, helping to grow the group’s image and reputation. Beyond culinary leadership, you'll contribute to the overall business strategy, including financial planning, marketing, acquisitions, and more, while maintaining a strong, hands-on approach.

Experience working in a multi-site hospitality group – luxury hotels would be a big bonus A strong understanding of BOH operations, forecasting and budgetsMinimum of 8 years’ experience, management experience in F&B role is neededHave a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mileStrong negotiating skills Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumenMy client is not looking for an Operations Manager, they are looking for a F&B Director with a focus on food
