Receptionist Admin Apprenticeship
Day-to-day office tasks Answering calls and directing calls to relevant staff members Completing paperwork and online forms Assisting with scanning and filing documents Sending and responding to emails Assisting with creating marketing content Completing further tasks such as accounts
(All of which shall be taught throughout the apprenticeship placement).
Training:
Qualification: Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 Location: online Functional Skills English and maths if required
Training Outcome:
We are able to offer full-time employment and further job roles to support our apprentices with progressing as well as supporting them with further qualifications.
Employer Description:
We are based in Birmingham and we provide housing related services including supported accommodation. We provide housing for a range of sectors, supporting our community.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9:30AM - 4:30PM. Total hours per week: 35 Hours per week can be increased if requested.
