Mortgage Case Manager Apprentice

Call answering on the main landline and direct dial Monitor and update daily case pipeline, reporting to both brokers and clients with updates and requesting additional documentation as appropriate Respond to incoming emails and calls from clients, lenders, and solicitors Chase outstanding documentation and third-party responses Liaise with lenders regarding case progression, valuation issues, or underwriting queries Input data into internal systems with accuracy, internal compliance to be completed within 2 working days of initial application to the lender Maintain knowledge of current lending criteria, regulatory updates, and industry changes Raising any queries or issues with the acting broker

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Following completion of the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will be encouraged to progress onto CII professional qualifications
