Degree level education in business or sales or  would be idealExperience within the B2B tech / property / facilities management / foodservice / hospitality or related markets would be a real advantage.The ideal Director of Sales will be a team player with confident communication skills, attention to detail and have initiative to organise and manage a growing team of +10 people.Entrepreneurial and creative individual who is commercial astute and a natural leader with proven results in strategic growth and developmentFluent in Dutch and English is a must

Research and identify new business opportunities in the local marketCreating a strategic annual sales planCoaching and leading the senior commercial teamCreate sales reports and analysisBring in new clients
