We’re searching for a talented Day Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing team within a landmark commercial office space. What You’ll Be Doing:

Electrical Systems: Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distributionMechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVACHVAC & Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning unitsMonitoring Systems: Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systemsTeamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering teamService Delivery: Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant services
Your Work Pattern:

Shifts: 4 days on, 4 days offHours: 07:00 – 19:00
