Children's Home Manager

Join an exciting and specialist children's home provider supporting vulnerable young people who have experienced trauma based in Chatham. Work for a company that has real heart! Starting salary £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management Provable track record of managing children's residential services and taking them through inspections Strong managerial skills with the passion and ability to build and lead high performing staff teams Driving licence is preferable
