Administrator Apprentice
To carry out admin duties as per practice procedure:
Order repeat prescriptions that the patients have requested. Scan patient-related documents into the clinical system. You will be dealing with contacting patients to book in for annual review appointments and for vaccinations. This is through various methods as we use digital platforms to do this. Pulling / filing patients' paper notes and updating their records.Training:
Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.
The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off-the-job activities and training. On-the-job and off-the-job training will be delivered in the workplace.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hrs p/w. Times to be confirmed.
