Early Years Apprentice - Level 3

Working with babies from 9 months up to children of 5 years. Assist & plan activities based on interests of childs needs. Support children with learning & development. Provide support & updates to parents & colleagues. Maintain safe & stimulating environment. Ensuring child's wellbeing, building confidence & self-esteem. Meeting care needs such as feeding, nappy changing & administering medicine. Adhering to safeguarding policies.

Training:

Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week, either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus, completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship. 

The apprentice will be required to complete:

Full Level 2 Early Years or Level 3 qualification. Employment Rights and Responsibilities. Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours. Standard and End Point Assessment. Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT (if required).

Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.

Training Outcome:

Potential permanent employment.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday - Shift patterns would be: 8 am-5 pm, 830 am-530 pm, 9 am-6 pm (8-hour days).
