Location: Kemsing (Office-based)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
About the Role:
Our client, a reputable company based in Kemsing, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop their HR function. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for a proactive professional with a strong HR background, capable of managing all aspects of human resources and supporting the business in achieving its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the HR function, providing strategic and operational support across the business.
Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with employment law.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems.
Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Produce HR reports and metrics to inform business decisions.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional, ideally within a medium to large-sized organisation.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with HR systems and reporting.
