As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage the smooth flow of goods and information across the supply chain, from processing orders and coordinating transport to handling customer and supplier relationships - ensuring deliveries are on time, cost-effective, and accurately documented.

This is a fantastic role for someone from a Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales Support or similar role.


THE ROLE:

Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, and distribution, to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries. Track shipments and address any transportation-related challenges or delays proactively. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers. Daily processing of orders. Building robust relationships with key customers and service providers. Handling of all customer related sales orders, order confirmations, invoices, deliveries, returns. Maintaining and updating the company database.

THE PERSON:

Must have experience within a sales, supply chain, administrator, customer service or similar role. Experience within the manufacturing industry is a bonus. Superb Microsoft Office skills and experience with SAP. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks at once. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Export experience would be a huge bonus.
