Apprentice Early Years Practitioner (intermediate) level 2

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff Plan and run sessions  Play activities with children under five years old Making sure they are safe and happy Other support duties as required Adhereing to all GDPR policies and procedures

Training:

Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

An apprenticeship includes regular training within the college on a day release each week (day to be confirmed) also in-house training direct with the employer At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Possible full-time role on completion of apprenticeship and satisfactory reviews

Employer Description:
Millers Dene Day Care CIC is located within Walkergate Early Years Centre which also incorporates Walkergate Community School Early Years. Millers Dene Day Care CIC is a not for profit organisation and has been operating in the community for over 20 Years growing from a small playgroup to a 83 place full day care nursery. We offer places for babies and children aged 3 months to 5 Years Old. We are open 8am-5.30pm, 51 weeks of the year excluding bank holidays.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm
