To assist the senior chef in the everyday running of the kitchen:
Cooking and presenting basic bar meals Up-keep of kitchen hygiene Daily HACCP recordings Taking delivers Food preparationTraining:
Training with Milton Keynes College Ongoing training, support and development with the employer Commis Chef Level 2
Training Outcome:
Upon the successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be a potential offer of a full-time role and progression to Chef De Partie Level 3
Employer Description:
Located on the outskirts of Leighton Buzzard, the golf course winds through cleverly bunkered tree lined fairways and features small, excellent greens with subtle gradients. Provide a day to day offering of Bar meals/ snacks for private members of the golf club . We also Cater for weddings, Dinner dances, and conferences for external guests . We specialise in fresh produce.
