Customer support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians Documentation: Accurately log all support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system Installation and configuration: Assist with the setup and configuration of new IT equipment and software Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment Training: Participate in regular training sessions and complete coursework as part of your apprenticeship program
