Manage and develop the Citrix environment

Troubleshoot issues and create technical guidelines

Advise departments on IT services (e.g., app streaming)

Support projects and handle sub-projects

Document work processes

Requirements:

IT degree or vocational training

Several years’ experience, ideally in 2nd level support

Citrix administration expertise

Structured, problem-solving approach

Strong service orientation and communication skills

Fluent German, very good English

Certifications a plus
