Financial Adviser Apprenticeship

What you’ll do:

Support senior advisors in providing holistic financial planning for clients Assist with research, analysis, and preparation of client reports Learn to build and maintain long-term client relationships Attend client meetings (with support) and assist with follow-up actions Develop your knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, protection, and mortgages Ensure all work meets FCA regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty standards

Training:

Paraplanner and Financial Planner Level 4 (Higher national certificate) Apprenticeship Standard:

These financial advice apprenticeships typically include expert-led instruction, mentorship, and real-world application, allowing apprentices to develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial advisory profession Successful completion of the Financial Adviser Apprenticeship leads to the industry recognised qualification Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) and individuals that undertake this programme are rounded and ready for a rewarding, challenging career

Training Outcome:
Clear career path from trainee to fully qualified Financial Advisor, with the opportunity to progress to Chartered status
