IVECO Parts Advisor Apprentice - Thetford

Safe storage of parts Handling storing receiving stock, payments, procedures, identifying, sourcing and ordering parts Monitoring and solving customer problems/enquiries and processing customer’s orders The Parts Advisor Apprentice will be working with both customers and workshop staff, over the phone and face to face, using computerised stock management systems and parts identification programme using IVECO Systems  A Parts Advisor Apprentice will support the dealership, improve sales and provide excellent customer service

Training:
We use a blended learning approach Face to face with a Skillnet Skills Coach Mentor in the workplace  Visits throughout the apprenticeship to the IVECO Training Academy

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday (weekends may be required) this will be conformed at Interview stage.
