Apprentice Client Liaison Assistant (Level 3) in a specialist creative media solutions company
Support all Digital Garage departments to ensure that all clients receive a positive and professional experience.
Carry out a diverse range of tasks necessary to plan, organize and deliver internal and external events on behalf of Digital Garage in the UK and globally.
Be the first point of contact for all clients engaging with the Digital Garage Client Experience Centre, ensure that their needs are understood, actioned and supported throughout their journey.
Build and maintain client relationships; assist with communication, resolve queries, and ensure a high standard of client care and engagement at all times.
Support the marketing team to promote and enhance Digital Garage’s brand and solutions at a variety of events.
Undertake market and competitor research to support the solutions team.
Support the order processing team with administrative tasks.
General support to finance team with administrative tasks.
Provide essential administrative support that ensures the smooth day-to-day running of Digital Garage.
To be an Ambassador for Digital Garage.
Training:
Training will be provided by Solihull College and an assessor will be allocated to support you. Coaching in the workplace, on teams as well as scheduled sessions at the Solihull campus and time spent training will be part of the agreed working hours. At the end of your training, you will complete the Level 3 Events Assistant Apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
Possible progression into a full time role.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (flexible start/finish times available).
