Early years Educator Apprentice - Hampshire

Every day is different at RAFAKidz Nursery, where you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills while working with children, colleagues, and families in a supportive and passionate environment. Located on station at RAF Worthy Down, RAFAKidz proudly serves military families and the local community, offering unique, child-focused experiences.

As a Nursery Apprentice, you’ll work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0–5.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting children’s development Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment Building strong partnerships with parents and carers, and assisting with record-keeping in line with the EYFS and Ofsted requirements

Training:

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.



Training Outcome:

Our apprentices stay with us as Level 3 practitioners.
