Training:
Training will take place in Woodford (Training Trust office) and will be delivered face-to-face on a fortnightly basis.
Training Outcome:
We like to rotate our apprentices to allow as many young people this opportunity, if there happens to be an opportunity within the team there is a chance to progress into a full time role with us, we are also the head office for the NSPCC and this role is the gateway to connecting with all directorates across the organisation so if you put in the work and connect there are many opportunities.

Working Hours :
We have two shifts 8 am-4 pm and 9 am-5 pm and these are on a rota issued weekly. There will be no working weekends. Occasionally, we have to stay behind if we have had an emergency, this is rare and time would be given back.
