Process Support Administrator
We are currently working with a leading fresh produce business based in the beautiful Kent countryside just outside of Maidstone.
Due to ongoing growth and success, they are currently seeking a Process Support Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
The Process Support Administrator will be responsible for:
Support departmental teams' daily process duties including data entry and administration
Process various customer data into Business sytems
Liaise with commercial and finance teams to ensure right first time processing of data to support invoicing process
Maintain and update missing data
Support the Supply Chain Order & Administration Manager
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Have previous administration/data entry experience
Have excellent numeracy skills
Be proficient in Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
Have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to form relationships easily
Good time management and organisational skills
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that can offer huge scope for someone in this role.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with the occasional cover required at weekends.
