IT Support Technician Apprentice

Provide IT installation, configuration and support services to our clients. Be confident with clients via telephone, remote web access and on-site visits. Ensure client enquiries and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of outstanding, in progress and completed work. Communicate technical advice to clients with differing IT knowledge levels. Assisting and being assisted by colleagues to provide prompt customer resolutions.

Training Outcome:
90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
