Apprentice Nursery Practitioner

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities

Monitor and record children’s development and progress

Complete observations

Build working relationships with staff, children, parents and carers

Prepare and assist staff in meeting the core needs of children

Prepare snacks and meals



Training:

You will attend York College on a day release basis and receive training in the workplace for the remainder of your working week. Working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard.



Training Outcome:

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, we will discuss the possibility of an ongoing role in the team.



Employer Description:
The company was established in February 2003. We currently have nine staff. We are able to look after up to 25 children, aged between 0 and 5 years.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 7.45am and 6pm. Shifts will vary over the week.
