This role may require travel to other offices. Responsibilities: ? Manage a varied caseload in family law, including pre-nuptial agreements, children matter, and divorce proceedings. ? Oversee Family Law Act applications, divorce, and financial settlements. ? Manage your own caseload. ? Contribute to team development and business growth. ? Engage in business development activities. Requirements: ? Background with Family Law Act and TOLATA. ? Strong social media skills for marketing purposes. ? Skilled in Word, Excel, Teams, database management, and legal software, ideally Liberate. ? Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. ?
