Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior Talent Acquisition leadership role within luxury hospitality, ideally in the Middle East regionStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive levelsExperience managing recruitment for large-scale hotel openings or developmentsDeep understanding of the local talent market and cultural nuancesExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
