Role Overview
The Assistant Reservations and Events Manager will support the Group Head of Reservations and Events in overseeing restaurant, event, and membership operations across two unique venues. This role is based at Head Office in Victoria and offers a predominantly Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Support the Reservations & Events Manager in leading operations across both venuesHandle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficientlyManage and resolve guest complaints with diplomacyCoordinate staff rotas and ensure effective team delegationMotivate, guide, and organise the reservations and events teamsManage all third-party enquiries and bookingsProduce and maintain reports for reservations and eventsCollaborate closely with the Group’s Private Dining & Membership ManagerCandidate Profile
