Otherwise, as the Home Administrator, you will have responsibility to manage a team of two, in support of the Home Manager in implementing and managing the budget, maintain the ordering system for the home, overseeing rosters & timesheets, monitor resident's pocket money accounts, as well as promoting the high-quality care at all times.
You will be the caring and professional first point of contact to residents, families, and team members, and will ideally have previous experience within a care environment.
You will be able to provide advice and information in response to enquiries, as well as dealing with the unexpected in this busy role!
You will play a pivotal role in the Home, with various plate to spin including liaising with suppliers, payroll information, public and personal monies, ordering supplies, logging invoices, and providing financial support to the Manager as required.
