Work independently but also operate as an effective team member Ordering and managing delivery of parts Replacing simple parts Solving complex faults with the use of diagnostic methods and equipment Test the function of repaired and fitted components Maintenance of tools and the workshop

Training:

Working towards completing Level 3 Vehicle Service and maintenance Technician Apprenticeship Standard. Work based learning with attendance at Hertford Regional College once per week to complete the knowledge, skills and behaviour units.

Training Outcome:

There will be opportunities for progression and a permanent position subject to performance.
