Sausage Making Meat Cutting All aspects of Curing - Bacon, Hams, Charcuterie, Salami CleaningTraining Outcome:
Level 3 Butchery Training and potential to progress within the business for the right person.

We are a large retail shop employing 18 members of staff, we also sell a selection of our products to trade customers, including bars, restaurants, farm shops and delis.
Working Hours :
5 days a week including Saturdays.
