Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Purpose:

To perform ongoing planned and unplanned maintenance work on a range of specialist equipment

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preventative maintenance e.g. servicing and testing Reactive maintenance including mechanical and electrical fixes Understand processes and machinery used and maintenance requirements Manage and keep records of planned maintenance activities Manufacture, repair or refurbish components using a range of hand and machine tools Use a range of test and measuring equipment (including both electrical and physical measures) Ensure safe working practices for all employees

Training:
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence You will be expected to work towards the Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group

Training Outcome:
You will be able to apply for full time permanent vacancy upon successful completion
