Business Administration Apprentice
Manage daily administrative tasks to support the workshop and parts team Handle booking systems for services, repairs, and MOTs (Class 1, 2, 4 & 7) Maintain schedules, job cards, and customer communications
Customer Service & Front Desk:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Handle enquiries, estimates, and follow-ups in a professional manner Support with parts orders, stock checks, and customer collectionsFinance & Records:
Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments Maintain accurate digital and paper records in line with complianceGeneral Business Support:
Assist with marketing tasks (e.g., social media posts, promotions) Support the team with project coordination and supplier relations Ensure health & safety and GDPR procedures are kept up to dateTraining Outcome:

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Business Administrator apprentice to join our friendly team and support the day-to-day operations of both the workshop and parts departments.
