Key Responsibilities:
Processing referrals from local authorities Allocating Support Workers to new referrals and updating them on the intervention package details Attending team meetings Creating rotas and allocating staff to cases General admin duties such as setting up case files, filing reports, and inputting information into internal systems Assisting with financial quotes and queriesTraining:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard The training will be on-site at work and 6 hours of off-the-job training per week
