Apprentice Customer and Business Development Executive (Customer Service Practitioner)

This diverse role will encompass a wide range of tasks, ranging from administration, marketing, customer liaison and networking but the bulk of the role will be customer engagement. Contacting customers / landlords to provide them with information on services and products offered by the company with a view to managing their property.



Training:

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2:

Will have monthly / bi monthly college sessions  Employer will support with 20% off the job learning  Work towards an End Point Assessment 

Training Outcome:

Opportunity to become part of the organisation's Business Development Team, but not always guaranteed.  Will be dependant on performance and progress throughout the apprenticeship duration.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday - offices are open 10.00am - 5.30pm. Individual will be required to work 30 hours per week - this will be discussed - hours may increase.
