Events and Catering Apprentice
Maintain and update event databases, spreadsheets, calendars and reports
Prepare and manage event-related documentation, including printing slides and flyers, creating invitations, schedules and RSVP lists
Keep track of internal events cupboard
Help with client event setup, registration and on-site coordination
Assist in planning and organising internal events and activities, including monthly drinks and cultural events
Support the team in booking venues, coordinating vendors and arranging logistics
RSVP tracking and management of guest lists
Assist in collecting feedback from attendees and prepare post-event reports
Help ensure everything is put away after internal events
Training Outcome:
Once completed, the apprentice will have the skills required to continue as a full-time Events Assistant at a corporate firm, progressing to an Events Coordinator.

The role is at the London office of Willkie, a US law firm headquartered in New York. The London office has almost 200 employees across four floors. Willkie globally as 16 offices across 6 countries.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm There will be some morning or evening work to be on site at events and any overtime would be paid.
