Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship

Support the housing teams and their functions, including developing services and polices and working with developers and Registered Providers Work to promote sustainable housing and renewable energy projects Work with our Private Rented Sector team to promote housing standards

Training:

This is a full-time position and will also include on the job training with the team.

This apprenticeship will lead to a level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification.

Training Outcome:

Housing offers many wide and varied roles, after this apprenticeship the successful candidate can expect to have numerous opportunities within the sector to continue their career.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
