IT & Tech Recruitment Apprentice

As a Recruitment Apprentice, you’ll be supporting our team to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates.

Your day-to-day will include:

Learning how to source, screen, and interview candidates Supporting job advertising and candidate attraction Building strong relationships with clients and job seekers Maintaining our recruitment database and systems Working towards targets and learning how to place candidates into roles

Training:
Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship Lessons every 2 weeks between 2-3 hours Online lessons through Teams

Apprenticeship: Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Salary: £16.016 per annum Location: Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14. Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Monday- Friday – 40 hours per week.
