Business Administrator Apprentice

As an Admin Apprentice, you’ll work closely with our friendly office team and be a key part of our day-to-day operations.

Your role will include:

Processing customer orders and ensuring accuracy Booking couriers and tracking deliveries Screening and handling incoming phone calls General admin tasks such as filing, responding to emails, and typing documents Uploading and editing products on our website and Amazon Liaising with clients and suppliers professionally and clearly Supporting the team during busy periods, including seasonal peaks

Training:
Full training provided leading to a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard On-the-job learning with experienced staff Off-the-job training supported by our provider, Davidson Training UK Ltd Functional Skills in Maths & English up to Level 2 (if not already achieved) All training is delivered in the workplace during working hours – no college day release needed The apprenticeship is delivered through a mixture of workplace training, MS Teams with an eportfolio that has access to resources for study and activities to ensure and evaluate knowledge, skills, and behaviours (a blended learning approach)
