Business Administration Apprentice

As a Business Administration Apprentice, your typical day involves supporting various administrative tasks within the company.

You'll be:

Greeting and assisting patients at reception Handling phone calls and directing enquiries Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling patient appointments Maintaining accurate patient records using clinical systems Processing prescriptions and handling patient correspondence Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to GDPR regulations Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including         Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring documents are organised and accessible Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management tasks Provide general administrative support to colleagues, such as photocopying, and filing Collaborate with team members on special projects or initiatives as needed Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in business administration

Your day as an apprentice will be varied and dynamic, offering valuable opportunities to develop your administrative skills while contributing to the efficiency and success of the company.



Training:
The course is delivered fully in the workplace through Teams You will have a meeting every 3 weeks 1-1 with your educator and 4 x 1-day courses also delivered remotely
 

Training Outcome:
It is hoped but not guaranteed that on successful completion of your apprenticeship that an offer of full-time employment can be made

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.30pm. Set hours to be finalised with successful applicant
