Apprentice Propulsion Technician

Inventory & Supply Coordination: Maintain accurate records of engine components, perform stock audits, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely part availability Kitting for Assembly: Prepare and organise engine parts into kits, ensuring quality standards are met and supporting the assembly team with accurate, ready-to-use components Engine Assembly & Testing: Assemble engines to technical specifications, conduct performance and safety tests, and troubleshoot issues during build and evaluation Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assembly and testing activities in the engine register for traceability and compliance Test Rig Setup: Assemble and calibrate test rigs for engine evaluations, ensuring reliable and consistent testing conditions Workshop Equipment Maintenance: Commission, clean, and maintain workshop tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness and minimise downtime Flight Test Support: Provide technical assistance during flight tests
