Customer Service Level 2 Apprentice - On-site Communications - Northampton
Listen attentively to client requests and needs and make relevant recommendations
Provide written quotations
Contact new and existing customers in line with company sales strategy
Record calls, emails and set follow up tasks using the company’s CRM system
Inputting new customer details and raising/sending invoices
Dealing with existing customer enquiries and ensuring their needs are met
Develop and maintain sales pipeline
Training:
The role is supported by 20% off the job training and the qualification supporting this role is the apprenticeship Customer Service Level 2 standard. This is all undertaken in the office.
Training Outcome:
After training there could be an opportunity to progress to a Customer Account Management role.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
