What you’ll do:
Call potential customers across the UK Educate them on the benefits of solar energy, even if they’ve never considered it Book appointments for our design and installation teams Build a strong pipeline of interested customers Learn every day, and improve with every call Work toward leading your own team once you’ve proven your abilityTraining:
Level 4 Sales Executive specific training is proposed.
One day a week from the office online - dedicated time allocated to the training as well as direct mentoring from the inhouse sales team.

LJM offers a comprehensive range of services and products tailored to renewable retrofits. Our expertise spans across Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs), with our specialisation being in solar panel design, supply and installation, complemented by electrical service provision. Our objective is to ensure the optimal performance and cost-effectiveness of energy provision through renewable sources. We excel in providing end-to-end solutions, from initial assessment and design to final installation and maintenance. Prior to installation, every client receives a site visit to ensure optimal design and installation for maximum output. We seek to understand the needs of our clients and offer a best value bespoke solution. LJM Solutions Ltd is MCS accredited, currently delivering 15-20 residential installs per week, with 2-3 commercial installs per month. We have fully qualified teams of installers and electricians with a commitment to deliver quality, customer service, and sustainability. We continue to grow, with a mission to keep everything in house to deliver our vision of excellence. We prioritise training, qualifications, health and safety, and social value; a fundamental part of which is employing local people, including apprenticeships.
Working Hours :
9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. After 3 months, discussion on Saturday and evening work - to be defined and flexible.
