Breakfast Chef – International Branded Hotel in Amsterdam  

Salary : €2200 - €2500 per month (depending on experience)

Poste available immediately

Full-time / permanent contract

Locations : Amsterdam – Central area

Experience required: previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 200+ full service 4* or 5* hotel.

Service style: buffet; a la carte

Languages skills : English ;  Dutch a bonus.

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast items in a timely and efficient manner, offering varied and healthy breakfast options keeping up with the trends and needs of international customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to established recipes and standards.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Stock and maintain inventory of breakfast food items.Ensure the correct setup, presentation and storage of the breakfast itemsLead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.Participate in menu development and testing of new breakfast items.Ensure compliance with health and safety at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a breakfast chef / breakfast sous chef preferred.Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety guidelines.Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic.

QUALIFICATION:

Qualifications: must have a culinary qualificationPrevious experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 200+ full service 4* or 5* hotel.Excellent knowledge of techniques and modern cookingTeam spirit and motivation
