Customer Service Apprenticeship - Level 2

Handle Web Chat enquires Provide overspill telephone cover Complete daily showroom checks Process internet orders including the review of bespoke artwork Shadow customer appointments in showroom Issuing sales leads to sales team Emailing marketing materials to clients Assist the marketing team to obtain customer reviews Replying to email enquiries Create customer quotes General duties such as filing etc.

Training:

You will need to attend Peterborough College for training sessions to support your apprenticeship.  Some months you will attend college for one day, on other months you will attend two days depending on how the tutoring roster falls.



Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticeship we hope the applicant can progress within the business to a role in the sales or marketing department.

We are a specialist and exhibition stand & office partition manufacturer with over 50 years experience in the industry. We specialise in the production & and supply of office screening, exhibition and display equipment. All our products are created bespoke, which means a variety of customisations and accessories are available to our customers.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
