This opportunity is for a NQ 4 years PQE Solicitor with experience in Wills, Trusts & Probate, and the ability to run their own caseload using case management software, and experience of working towards targets (Chargeable hours), and excellent client care skills. Key Accountabilities: - Manage a varied client caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probates - To be able to Network regularly to gain new Clients - To perform any other duties as requested by the fee earner, team leader or management staff. - Advise on aspects of probate, will drafting, tax planning and estate administration and including powers of attorney - To assist fee earners by providing an element of chargeable legal services; - Deal directly with clients, their families, and carers along with other third parties such as medical experts and case managers - It is expected that you deliver high quality and sympathetic client care, build a good rapport with existing clients, and attract new clients. - To ensure that the firms policies and procedures and those laid out by regulatory bodies such as the Solicitors Regulation Authority are complied with fully at all times; - To contribute towards the effective management of risk by carrying out regular risk assessments on all matters, efficient file management and by providing excellent client care; Key Experiences: - NQ 4 years PQE - Experience of working towards targets (Chargeable hours) - Good organisational skills - Attention to detail - Able to work well as part of a team - Excellent client care, ability to show empathy towards Clients If youre looking for a role that balances professional challenge with personal support and where youll genuinely enjoy coming to work wed love to hear from you.
