Apprentice Office Administrator

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Liaising with and providing administrative support to the office team and Clients. Support with diary management, travel bookings, collating expenses and taking of messages for the senior management team. Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct calls as appropriate. Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed. Prepare and distribute internal communications, including emails and newsletters. Maintain accurate and up to date records in line with compliance regulations. General administrative tasks as required including general maintenance of the office environment Welcoming visitors to the site, providing a professional and memorable service at all times

Training:

The apprentice will be expected to attend Craven College once per fortnight and be in work 4 days per week (5 on the week they are not at college).

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
