Apprentice B1.3 Aircraft Engineer
Main responsibilities:
Studying and completing CAA Part 66 aviation engineering module examinations and aviation engineering practical tasks of the apprenticeship standard on time This will involve residential stays with our training provider located at Kemble Airfield and during normal working hours at Kidlington Developing Mechanical helicopter maintenance and rectification knowledge, skills and safe systems of work Recording, collating evidence of maintenance and rectification activities suitable for the engineering apprenticeship standard Working at height, manual handling, handling substances hazardous to health and working in confined areas Required to assist in day to day running of the Hangars, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping responsibilitiesTraining:
Residential Training at Kemble airfield for approximately 9 months
