Personal Injury Supervisor

An international firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigator to supervise their successful Motor team based in Manchester; you will manage a litigated caseload while supporting the development of junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical knowledge of motor claims arising from RTA, and a passion for team leadership.

As a Personal Injury Supervisor, you will:

Handle your own caseload of pre- and post-litigated motor injury claims (small claims, fast and intermediate track). Support and mentor junior fee earners, including paralegals and litigation assistants. Develop litigation strategies and advice on negotiation tactics. Ensure compliance with CPR, MOJ, and OIC protocols. Collaborate with colleagues to drive results and maintain exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate:

2-5 years’ experience managing motor injury claims, including litigated matters. Strong knowledge of court procedures, CPR, MOJ portal, and OIC processes. Experience supervising or mentoring junior legal professionals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Organised, proactive, and confident using case management systems.
