Business Administration Apprentice

Assist the Buyer in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels. Prepare reports and presentations as required by the Buyer. Support the Buyer in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. Handle communication with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Training:
Level 3 Business Administration qualification will be delivered in the workplace via Wigan and Leigh College.
