Outreach Community Administrator Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
As the Outreach Community Administrator, you will work closely with our Operational Manager to support the development and implementation of the project plan.
You will explore and foster partnerships with local communities and identify operational opportunities to reach more people and drive positive change.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, passionate about working with people, and eager to connect with local groups and communities for growth.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting service users with challenges they face related to language, disabilities, and mental health Supporting service users in raising concerns or complaints on various issues Representing the organisation at local events and forums Analysing data, preparing impact reports, and managing data effectivelyTraining:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard 1 day a week, every Tuesday at City Gateway

Get Rid of and Donate CIC (GROAD) is an environmental non-profit organisation focusing on reducing domestic and commercial waste to landfills by recycling and preventing poverty in communities. GROAD directly benefits those underprivileged, impoverished communities and people in need of that extra support, providing immediate assistance with free clothing, shoes, and other living essentials. Retrieving and giving back in a methodological way, donating good items to new homes can lengthen the use of a 2nd or even 3rd life span and have a greater advantage to those who can benefit.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 6.00pm.
