Procurement Lead
6-month (outside IR35)
East Staffordshire – ideally 1 day a week in their office
Our client is based in the hospitality sector that is now looking for a Procurement Lead to join on an interim basis.

After having 2 difficult years due to the pandemic, the business is going through a significant transformation so it is an exciting time to join.
This role would focus on leading procurement in both digital and IT, going through RFPs/ contracts and renegotiating for suppliers across all these areas whilst also having the ability to build/ plan the strategy to help bring control to a complex environment with many moving parts.

The size/ scales of the contracts range anything from between £1-30 million.
The successful candidate must have:

Strong procurement experience across both IT and digital transformation
Proven track record of cost savings for their clients
Ability to work in a large complex environment
Strong management of 3rd party suppliers
Experience in the retail/ hospitality sectors would be desirable but not essential
