Banqueting Chef – Luxury 5* Hotel in Croatia

We are looking for a talented Banqueting Chef to join the culinary division of this Luxury Hotel in Croatia. The property has multiple events spaces and can accommodate Corporate events, Diners parties, Wedding Receptions, etc.

Reporting to the Hotel Executive Chef, we are looking for someone with the drive, passion and want to further develop the event division in this luxury property.

We are looking for a chef who has:

Worked in a fast pace / high volume environmentHas the experience of Events and Banqueting division (platted, buffet, Cocktails, etc)Can adapt to multiple Cuisine et needsCreative, rigorous in quality and controlsGood leadership in the management of a team of chefs during events (in-house and extra)  Strong consistency and who has very high standards.Is responsible for the financial control of the departmentHands-on and loves to lead from the front and by example
